In the restaurant world, he has held the title of wine director, food and beverage director, general manager, restaurateur, and national consultant, for restaurants from Miami Beach to Palm Springs. He has served as wine director of the Telluride Food & Wine Festival, and managed hospitality for a tasting room in Sedona, Arizona.
