Balsamic Vinaigrette

Vegan Zucchini Soup

Ingredients

 ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp Maple syrup
 1 Clove garlic, chopped
 2 tsp Dijon mustard
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Extra-virgin olive oil
 Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients except for the olive oil.

Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking. Keep whisking until the oil is emulsified.
