The house has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed; one full bathroom; and an open floorplan with full kitchen, living and dining area. The outdoor patio features a built-in BBQ, stone fireplace and fountain overlooking the vineyard. The Guest House is conveniently located in the center of Napa Valley, with easy access to Hwy 29. The 10-acre property also includes the Waittes’ residence and gardens, horse stables and 3-acre vineyard. The Guest House offers privacy and a secluded-yet-beautiful setting.
