The Savory Pairing Experience
With this culinary adventure, guests compare various flavors and styles of wine and observe how they interact with savory foods. Taste a flight of Vineyard Series wines alongside a selection of charcuterie, cheese, olives, and chocolate. This experience includes a ranch and winery tour, with a splash of something special on the way.

The Signature Collection Tasting
A selection of some of our most sought-after single-vineyard and limited-production wines in the scenic setting of our Garden Courtyard. Your personalized educational experience will include an exploration of varietal typicity and the role of winemaking in accentuating terroir.

The Private Retrospective Tasting
We welcome your party into our Ambassador Club for an exclusive sampling of our rarest Signature Collection releases, including library selections. Provisions
Gourmet Bites
Turn your Tamber Bey visit into a culinary experience by indulging in one of our food offerings. Our Charcuterie Board ($40) is a selection of cheeses, olives, salumi, and crackers. And our selection of Savory Shortbread Cookies ($15) is a Tamber Bey exclusive. Both offerings are available upon request at the winery.
Advance reservations are required for our Picnic Lunches ($40 each), prepared by our friends at Sam’s General Store in Calistoga. The box lunch includes salad or sandwich of your choice, chips, cookie, and a glass of wine from our Vineyard Series. Select your tasting experience and you will be prompted at checkout to add your picnic lunch and make your menu selection.
Please note that our hospitality permit does not allow guests to bring in outside food or beverages. All guests must be 21 or older to visit the Ranch. Pets are welcome, on leash. Curated Experience
Let us plan a memorable occasion for your large or small group at Tamber Bey. Our Private Tasting Room, just off our reception area, seats parties of up to 10 guests. Our Ambassador Club is a light-filled garden retreat that can accommodate groups of up to 20, with a private covered patio overlooking the crush pad. And there are other options, as well, including evening gatherings in our picturesque Garden Courtyard. Contact us to plan an event to remember.

Strong, Sleek, Swift, Serene
As lifelong equestrians, the owners of Tamber Bey and their staff are fortunate to live and work alongside a herd of powerful, elegant, and dignified equine companions. Our 22-acre horse farm, with its 17 pastures and paddocks, is home to an assortment of rescues, retirees, and performance horses, including endurance horses (Arabians, half Arabians, and Mustangs), Argentinean polo ponies, and miniature horses. A visit to Tamber Bey gives guests the opportunity to mingle with the horses in the barn and tour the property with a guided host to see the horses in their paddocks.
